Ordering & Products

How are your products made? Everything is made to order. When you place an order, your item is printed and produced just for you through our print-on-demand partners. It's a little slower than pulling something off a shelf, but it cuts down on waste and means nothing sits in a warehouse.

Will the color and print look exactly like the photos? Very close, but because each item is printed individually, slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing can happen. Screens also display color a little differently, so the product may look marginally different in person. These small variations aren't defects.

How do I choose the right size? Check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Since items are made to order, we can't accept returns for the wrong size chosen at checkout, so it's worth measuring first.

Can I cancel or change my order? Reach out as soon as possible at ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com. Because items go into production shortly after you order, we may not be able to cancel or change anything once production has started.

Shipping

How long until I get my order? Total time = production + shipping. Production takes about 2–7 business days, then shipping time depends on where you are:

  • United States: roughly 2–8 business days
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: add 7–12 business days
  • Canada, Australia & international: 10–30 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees, and can shift during holidays or due to carrier delays.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to the US and internationally. International delivery windows are wider, and orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties charged by your country. Those fees are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in your order total.

Will I get tracking? Yes. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to start updating.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages? If you order multiple items, they may be produced separately and arrive at different times. You're never charged extra for split shipments.

My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it. What now? Check with your local carrier first, since they handle the final delivery. If it's truly lost, email us at ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.

Returns & Refunds

What's your return policy? Because products are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size chosen at checkout. But if your item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted, we'll make it right.

How do I report a problem with my order? Email ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Other

What if I entered the wrong shipping address? Contact us immediately. If an order ships to an incorrect address you provided, or comes back to us as undeliverable, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
