Shipping Policy

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it's printed and produced specifically for you, which means it takes a little longer than a typical retail store but cuts down on waste.

Processing Time Orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days. During peak periods (holidays, sales, or new launches), production may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 2–5 business days (Economy: 4–8 business days)
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & U.S. territories: add 7–12 business days
  • Canada: 10–30 business days
  • Australia: 10–30 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Total time to receive your order = processing time + shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Multiple Items Because items are produced on demand, orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive at different times. You won't be charged extra for split shipments.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local carrier first. For packages lost in transit, reach out to us at ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com and we'll work to resolve it.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders) International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
