Welcome to ilovehatemybrain. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, ilovehatemybrain.co (the "Site"), and any purchases you make from us. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Us ilovehatemybrain is an online apparel brand. Our products are made to order through third-party print-on-demand production and fulfillment partners. You can reach us at ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products Our products are printed and produced on demand. Because items are made individually, slight variations in color, print placement, and sizing may occur and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustration; actual colors may differ slightly depending on your screen.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders where pricing was listed incorrectly due to a technical or typographical error. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment providers. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs fees, or duties (see our Shipping Policy for details on international orders).

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Because items are made to order, production may begin shortly after purchase. If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible at ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com; once an item has entered production, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

6. Shipping Shipping times, rates, and responsibilities are described in our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

7. Returns & Refunds Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind. We will replace or refund items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted. To request a replacement, contact us at ilovehatemybrain@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue.

8. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including designs, graphics, logos, text, and the ilovehatemybrain name and brand, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content or designs without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to engage in any activity that could harm us or other users.
